1. Project Descriptions & Confidentiality Guarantee

Project descriptions, RFP texts, and scope submissions entered into the ProofDevs Matcher are treated as strictly confidential business data.

Your submitted text is never published as public website content.
Your submission is never indexed by search engines.
Analysis results are stored securely and only accessible to authorized platform administrators and matched specialists.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when submitting a project inquiry, including your name, work email address, company name, and contact details (Telegram/WhatsApp/Phone).

We also retain technical request and browser metadata sent with a submission, such as IP address, user agent, language, approximate Vercel location, timezone, screen and viewport size, device pixel ratio, platform, and touch support. We do not collect cookies or use canvas or hardware fingerprinting for this purpose.

If you explicitly enable browser notifications, we store the Web Push subscription token, limited browser metadata, and (when available) its link to your signed-in employer or freelancer account. You can stop notifications at any time in your browser or device settings.

3. How We Use Information

We use your data solely to:

Perform technical requirements analysis and candidate matching.
Facilitate direct communication between employers and verified developers.
Maintain system security and prevent automated abuse.

You may request the full deletion of your contact data and submitted project history at any time by contacting us at admin@proofdevs.top.
